I take the calls, show the home and screen the applications. This is possible because I work out of a small portfolio (50 Units). Good, responsible maintenance increases lifetime ROI by preventing problems and keeping happy, paying tenants in your rental. Due to the limited portfolio I can respond quickly and go on site if called for. I am available after hours for emergency calls. I'll use my discretion on minor repairs, and we'll work together to tackle major ones.

The annual home inspection is part of the lease renewal process and comes at no additional fee. We will discuss and review the inspection together.
